Affiliate Terms & Conditions For South Shore Gifts
- Be over 18;
- Have a UK Bank account to receive commission payments.
- Live in England, Scotland or Wales. (This is due to restrictions on many items from direct suppliers)
- Complete and submit the online application from the affiliate link sent to you by South Shore Gifts;
1 - You are an affiliate for South Shore Gifts and will receive commission payments of 20% on the sales amount excluding postage.
1b - If there are any promotional discounts, your commission will be paid on the sale price after the discount has been applied.
2- You are fully responsible for paying your own Tax and National Insurance, it is your responsibility to register with HMRC as Self Employed, you are an affiliate and Not an employee. South Shore Gifts is in no way liable for individual affiliates Tax and National Insurance, any issues that may arise from any affiliate failing to register as self employed and pay their own Tax and National Insurance will not come back to the company but to the individual in question.
3- South Shore Gifts will only pay commission payments into UK Banks.
4- Commission payments will be paid every Friday.
5- Minimum payout for commission payments is £10.
6- If you wish to close your affiliate account, any monies owed to you will be paid on the first Friday after leaving.
7- If you close your affiliate account you will not be permitted to rejoin within 2 calendar months. You may then request to rejoin and your application we be reviewed.
8- We have the right to refuse or close an account if you are not representing the company professionally. As an affiliate, you are representing our company (South Shore Gifts ) and we expect you to behave towards customers, other affiliates and management in an appropriate manner and in no way bring down or tarnish the reputation of South Shore Gifts.
9- If you remain inactive with no sales for a period of 12 weeks, we will remove you from the affiliate programme.
10- If refunds are made then your commission will be deducted from the following payout.
11- All affiliate account requests will be looked at within 24 hours. Please ensure your sign up is aware this process May take up to 24 hours. Please add them to the support group only once their account has been approved and only add to the team chat once they have read and initialled this T&C’s post.
12- If your are an affiliate for another homeware and gift company, you Must state on your adverts which company that your advert is for. Failure to do so may result in the closure of your affiliate account with South Shore Gifts.
13- Please make sure you are aware of our office operating hours as follows so you can communicate this to customers as needed.

We aim to respond to emails within 24 working hours.
Any emails or orders placed after office hours will be processed the next working day.
